Understand credit costs, monthly allowances and renewal before choosing a plan.
You can try 1 prompt-based generation per day without signing in, while the site's daily guest quota lasts. The guest quota resets at 00:00 UTC. Every registered account receives 100 free credits each day it visits, enough for 10 images at 1K. Credits are added automatically when you sign in and access your balance or generate, and expire at 00:00 UTC without rolling over. Reference-image generation requires sign-in. 2K and 4K require a subscription or credit pack.
Each generated floor plan costs 10 credits at 1K, 20 credits at 2K, or 30 credits at 4K. Plan image counts assume 1K output; higher resolutions use your allowance faster.
Monthly subscriptions renew and charge each month. Yearly subscriptions charge the full annual total at checkout and renew yearly. The monthly price shown for a yearly plan is the annual total divided by 12. Yearly credits are released monthly, not all at once, and unused subscription credits reset each month.
Daily gift credits expire at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits roll over while you stay on monthly billing. Yearly subscription credits reset monthly; switching to yearly also resets remaining subscription credits. Historical registration gifts keep their original expiry. Refunds may remove credits from the refunded purchase.
Sign in, open Settings → Billing, then Manage billing to open your payment provider’s subscription controls. Cancel renewal there and check the confirmation and end date. Subscription access remains available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
Open Settings → Billing to see the options available for your payment provider. Review the amount and effective date before confirming. Plan changes and switching between monthly and yearly billing depend on the provider; automatic prorated upgrades or next-cycle downgrades are not guaranteed.

Contact support with your account email and order or receipt details. Support will review the payment and your request. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund; this page does not promise automatic approval or a fixed refund window.
