Who this notice covers

This notice describes the PlanArt service at floorplanai.art. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact address above. PlanArt is the service name; the operator's registered legal name and location have not yet been provided and will be added when confirmed.

Information we process

• Account and sign-in data: your name, email address, avatar, login provider, session details, and security signals such as IP address, browser or device information.
• Service content: prompts, room details, uploaded plans or reference images, generated images, editing instructions, creation records, and support messages.
• Billing data: orders, subscription status, credit balances and transactions, provider customer or payment identifiers, and refund status. Payment providers handle card or wallet credentials.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, remember your last account on your device, generate and store results, manage credits and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service. Where configured, we also measure page use and marketing attribution.

Service providers and data sharing

Google may handle sign-in; KIE receives generation prompts and reference-image URLs; S3-compatible storage such as Cloudflare R2 holds uploads and outputs; Stripe or PayPal processes payments; Cloudflare or Resend may deliver email. We share only the data needed for each function.

Where enabled, PostHog receives usage events and may receive account ID, email, name, plan and subscription status. Its session replay may start after page load or interaction. Google advertising tools may receive page or conversion events and attribution identifiers. These providers may process data in other countries.

Files, visibility, and retention

Uploaded and generated files can be served through storage URLs. Anyone who obtains a working URL may be able to view a file, so do not upload plans or images you are not willing to share with the service and its processing providers. Removing an item from My Creations hides the record there; it does not currently guarantee immediate deletion of the stored file.

We keep account, creation, billing and security records for as long as needed to operate the service, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. There is no single automatic deletion period for every category. Payment and credit records may remain after account or creation removal.

Your requests and security

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required or needed for billing, fraud prevention, or disputes. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service and its providers change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
