The service and its limits

PlanArt provides AI-generated floor plan concept images, image-editing tools and a separate manual Maker. Outputs are visual ideas, not measured architectural drawings, construction documents, or professional advice. Check dimensions, structure, accessibility and local requirements with a qualified professional before relying on an output.

Accounts and free access

You are responsible for your account and for content you submit. Guest generation is limited and may be unavailable when daily capacity is reached. Registered accounts are eligible for 100 free credits on days they use the service; those daily credits expire at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over.

Free accounts may generate at 1K resolution. 2K and 4K require an eligible paid plan or credit package. Current generation costs are 10, 20 and 30 credits for 1K, 2K and 4K respectively; the checkout and generation screen show the applicable price before you proceed.

Paid plans and credits

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Yearly subscriptions charge the annual amount at checkout and renew yearly; their credits are released monthly rather than all at once. Unused yearly subscription credits reset each month. Monthly subscription credits may roll over while monthly billing remains active. One-time credit packs do not expire under the current product rules. Check the plan and checkout details for the current amounts and benefits.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Settings → Billing and your payment provider's controls to cancel future renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself refund an earlier payment.

For a charge or refund request, contact support with your account email and receipt or order details. Requests are reviewed under the payment provider's rules and applicable law; we do not promise automatic approval or a fixed refund window. A completed refund may remove the related credits or paid benefits.

Your content and AI output

You retain the rights you have in the prompts and files you submit. You allow PlanArt and the providers needed to run the service to process, store and transmit that content for generation, delivery, security and support. Do not submit material you lack permission to use or highly sensitive plans unless you accept the storage and provider access described in the Privacy Policy.

AI results may be inaccurate or similar to other results. We do not promise that an output is unique, legally protectable, fit for construction, or free of third-party rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful content or to infringe another person's rights.
• Do not bypass credit limits, guest limits, payment controls or security measures, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or files.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be interrupted. We may limit abusive use and update features or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the dated version of this page. Your mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
